The Pipes and Drums of Clan Farquharson was formed in 1981 and does a commendable job keeping Clan Farquharson before the public. The band participates in many community parades and Scottish events throughout the year and a number of individual band members assist at highland games by acting as stewards while other band members take part in the competitions. The band is active throughout the maritimes and occasionally travels further afield.
